Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Renblox ("we", "our", "us") and the services available at https://renblox.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you accept and agree to these Terms and any referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Authentication

The Service uses Supabase for authentication and supports third-party sign-in (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Plans & Refunds

Renblox offers both recurring subscription plans and one-time payment plans (including “lifetime” or “pay once” plans). Payments are processed securely via Paddle (our payment processor). By making a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees and agree to their terms. We do not store or process your card details directly.

Prices are displayed before checkout and may be subject to applicable local taxes (such as VAT or GST), which are calculated by Paddle at the time of purchase. Promotional discounts, limited-time offers, or coupon codes may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

“Premium Forever” (Decade Plan) grants access to the purchased features for a period of up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase, or for as long as the product continues to operate, whichever occurs first. This plan does not guarantee access for the lifetime of the user, nor does it obligate us to provide future features, updates, or services beyond this period.

Refund Policy: All purchases (including subscriptions and one-time payments) are non-refundable. Because Renblox provides instant access to digital products and features, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused features, or accidental purchases. In cases of proven billing errors or duplicate charges, you may contact us at salman@mallickwebstudio.com, and requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

5. Use of the Service & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access underlying code or systems
  • Interfering with the Service or its security
  • Uploading harmful content (malware, illegal content)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding your content) are owned by Renblox or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate the Service.

7. License & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased components for personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the components available as standalone products or in competing services.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or misuse of our code, components, or assets may result in immediate termination of access and may expose you to legal action under applicable laws. You may be held liable for damages, legal costs, and any financial losses incurred as a result of such unauthorized use.

8. Service Availability & Discontinuation

Renblox is operated as an independent project. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time if operating the platform becomes financially or technically unsustainable.

In the event of discontinuation of paid features or the Service, paid users will receive reasonable notice a few days before and will be provided with an export of their project data and any relevant files needed to continue using purchased items independently.

9. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. We use Supabase for data and authentication, Paddle for payments, Vercel for hosting, and analytics tools such as Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics. Analytics are only used as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm our users or the Service. On termination, we may delete your account and associated User Content after any applicable retention period; you are encouraged to export your data prior to termination.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Renblox AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Renblox, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
